Holmes had breakthrough year in 2025 with her scene-stealing portrayal of “Hailee” in A24/Amazon’s OVERCOMPENSATING from Benito Skinner and recurring on season 4 of the Emmy award-winning series HACKS. She will next appear in the independent feature TRASH MOUNTAIN with Caleb Hearon and Zooey Deschanel and CUT OFF with Jonah Hill for Warner Bros with season 2 of OVERCOMPENSATING returning in late 2026.

Holmes gained recognition for the lead role of “Kelly Mallet” in Paul Feig’s FOX comedy WELCOME TO FLATCH, then quickly reunited with Feig on his feature JACKPOT! starring Jon Cena & Awkwafina adding an additional cameo role in ANOTHER SIMPLE FAVOR.
