Per City and State  guidelines for COVID-19 we are not currently requiring masks or proof of vaccination.

There is a parking garage at 230 W North Ave, Chicago, IL 60610 near Piper’s Alley or there is metered street parking on Wells.

 

I’ve received a free ticket, when can I use it?

Usually any day besides Saturdays and special events. 

 

How do I redeem Zanies gift cards and other free tickets?

Zanies gift cards and free ticket passes must be redeemed through our box office. The website is for purchases only. You must call and make a reservation to the requested show. DISCOUNTS ARE NOT VALID FOR ANY SPECIAL EVENT PERFORMANCES.

 

Can I buy my tickets at the door?

 

You may certainly try your luck at the door, but especially on weekends, tickets can sell out ahead of time. We recommend purchasing through our website, in advance.

You can leave us a review on Yelp/Google/Facebook. We appreciate any and all feedback!

 

Is there a minimum purchase in the showroom?

 

Yes – there is a 2 item minimum, food or drink per person. Check out our menu!

 

When does your Box Office open?

We are open Monday through Friday from 2:30pm to 30 minutes after the last showtime and Saturday and Sunday from 3:30pm-to 30 minutes after the last showtime. These hours are subject to change, based on our show schedule.

 

What is the dress code?

 

We like to keep it casual.

 

I want to bring a group of friends; do you have group rates?

 

We do, for most shows! Contact anne@zanies.com for all group information.

 

How long does the show last?

 

Typically an hour and a half, but this is always subject to change.

 

How old do I have to be to enter the showroom?

 

Must be 21 years of age or older with photo ID present.

 

Do you have open-mic nights?

 

Zanies does not offer open-mic nights.

 

What is the minimum purchase for the showroom?

 

There is a 2 item minimum. Beverages do not have to be alcoholic, unless you want them to be!

 

How do I get booked to perform at Zanies?

 

National headliners can email lucy@zanies.com. Local acts can email chris@zanies.com.

 

Do you donate to fundraisers?

 

Absolutely! Email the Box Office at chicagobox@zanies.com with the date of the event, name of the organization, and the address. They will be happy to send out a donation.

 

DISCLAIMER: No seating once the headliner gets on stage. Seats together are not guaranteed for late seating.
